Last Wednesday In Mcminnville
Riding into Mcminnville last Wednesday in the early morning was a treat; the sun had just come up and the day ahead promised to be a full one. I had headed down to help out Tahmiene Momtazi rack off some white pinot noir and tidy up a bit around the cellar. She surprised me with some lovely first of the season Oregon strawberries for breakfast, they were sweet and fragrant. After finishing the work in the cellar I headed out to catch a few photos of Momtazi Vineyard in the midday spring sun. A lot of work is ahead but it’s days like these at Momtazi that ready me for what is to come.
